The request for an exchange or store credit for an online order must be communicated via email, to email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the order. The item(s) must be mailed back to the shop at the customer’s expense. Online purchases may also be exchanged or store credited in person at 889 within 14 days of receiving. Your exchange or store credit will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the returned package. Damaged, opened, and used items are not accepted for exchange or store credit.
Skincare products and earrings are final sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted on these items.
We can ship to any address in North America. Purchases of $150.00 or more are eligible for complimentary shipping.
